coming soon....

So, for all of you who are loyally reading our blog, we recognize that you've probably been dissapointed. We hereby apologize for the lack of blogging. Colin has been trying tirelessly to post his "Back from Taiwan" video, and Micaela is writing one as we speak (or, in your case, read). Either way, we promise that something will be posted soon. :) If nothing else, mother always said that waiting is good for you. It builds character! :) Think of how much character you'll have by the time you get the next post. Heheh. Seriously though, we'll have something up SOON. In the meantime, let us know how we can be praying for you. Leave us a comment under this post with prayer requests and we'll get on it. Thanks guys! And happy (almost) Thanksgiving!!!

Schuh! I miss you! I'm glad we finally got an update. I was wondering about all of you.

As far as prayer requests, just pray for strength in spirit for me. I'm feeling overwhelmed and stressed out (odd for me, right?), particularly with work.

Also, please pray that God gives me the words to speak up to a family member regarding his behavior. He's hurting his family, and he doesn't know. Please pray that God gives me the words to speak to him without offending or saying the "wrong thing."

Great to hear you will be getting more info up soon. I will admit when I check and there is nothing new my heart sinks! Pray that opportunities for ministry will open up in Columbus, Georgia so the team can spend some time getting to know hospitable and articulate Southeners, promise no trailer parks. Okay bye.

From the mothers of team members to team members: Our hearts ache because not everyone will be together for Thanksgiving, but we are very proud of you! What courage and faith it takes to step out and leave the familar and depend upon strangers who quickly become family. Your family and friends back home miss you! Our tables will be incomplete without you, but our hearts are full!! Thank you host families for caring for our treasures, what a wonderful picture of the Body of Christ. I praise God for the Holy Spirit who unites our hearts. I pray your Thanksgiving will be full of His presence and the hope of the Feast to come. You are workers in the Harvest; planting, cultivating, and harvesting everywhere you go. I love you loads, I miss you tons!

Hi guys! It's good to hear from you! You're loved and missed, and I can't wait to see you all next week! Oh, and Happy Turkey Day!!

Ok. Prayer request... Well, I'm heading home a few days after you all get back, so I guess I just need prayer for safe travel and an easy transition back to school.

See you soon! Much love.

Ya know, maybe Colin should his big sister for help posting that video. Not that she could really do any good, but she'd probably really like to hear his voice. Just sayin'.
